Tina Lee Odinsky-Zec has lectured, managed international projects and mentored hundreds of students at Zagreb School of Economics and Management on business plan development since 2006.
Currently, she is project designer on beyond (un)employment in association Global Impact Hub and the Bosch Foundation which aims to tap local talent coordinated across Armenia, Croatia, Italy, Russia and the United Kingdom to tackle various forms of unemployment.
Born and raised in NJ, she received her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Rochester Institute of Technology and a Phd in Entrepreneurship and Innovativeness from JJ Strossmayer University of Osijek. Tina has worked extensively in higher education and professional development for the past 20 years starting in the US and then across Europe including Croatia, France, Germany, Italy, Macedonia, Poland and the United Kingdom. Her work iincludes leading regional projects for entrepreneurship training and education as well as extensive mentoring to startups in various phases of development.
